Rose Lestrange was a pureblood wizard and a Slytherin student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. She was the only daughter in her family and the youngest sister of Cyrus Lestrange.




Biography

Early life (1928 - 1940)

Rose Lestrange was born on 8 June 1928, the only daughter of Faustus Lestrange II and Araminta Lestrange (née Gamp). She was the youngest but not the only child in her family. She had an older brother, Cyrus, who was much older than her and attended Hogwarts before her. 



Hogwarts years (1940 - 1945)

Lestrange attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and was sorted into Slytherin house, eventually becoming a member of the Horace Slughorn Slug Club along with her brother, Cyrus, and a classmate, Tom Riddle. While at school, Rose discovers that her brother is a member of Tom Riddle's gang, involved in dark magic and the torture of Muggles. She accused Riddle of forcing him to join his group, which Riddle denied and then told her to stay away from it.


Arranged marriage of Malfoy's heir

At some point unknown year, Rose becomes Riddle's girlfriend; however, it is not happy news from her family that their daughter is dating a half-blood wizard. They arranged a marriage between Malfoy's heir and Rose immediately; however, Rose was not pleased and tried everything to annul the marriage. Rose told Tom that she was set to marry Malfoy, and Riddle was furious.


Death of Rose Lestrange

After a quarrel with Riddle, she returns to Slytherin's room, where Malfoy is waiting for her. They say that he knows about her relationship with Riddle and wants to force her to marry him, but Rose disagrees, then Malfoy gets angry and kills her.

Later, Tom finds Rose's body in the Forbidden Forest, and he is heartbroken for losing her love of his life.

She and Tom had a brief romance until she was forced to marry a pure-blood wizard, Abraxas Malfoy, whom she did not marry, but she told Tom, and Tom promised to leave everything that they could run away together. But Abraxas knew that Rose loved Tom, and he killed her. The next day, someone found Rose, and it was organized like an accident, but Tom did not believe it, and he knew Abraxas was behind this all, but did not show it; however, he planned revenge on him.
