Cassiopeia Black II is a pureblood wizard and a member of the House of Black. She was born to a pureblood wizard, Regulus Black II, and another pureblood wizard, Elizabeth Lestrange.

Biography

Early life (1980s)

Cassiopeia Black II was born on September 13, 1979, to Regulus Black II and Elizabeth Lestrange, both pureblood wizards. Her mother died while giving birth, and her father was killed after acquiring Salazar Slytherin's locket in 1979, after she was born. She never knew or met her parents; however, she was raised by another pureblood family: Narcissa and Lucius Malfoy, who loved and raised her like their own child. Narcissa always wanted a daughter, and having Cassiopeia was a blessing. 

At a young age, Cassiopeia started having weird dreams about a boy named Tom Riddle, which she found very weird and strange. She had never met or known about this boy.

Hogwarts years (1991–1997)

Cassie was sorted into Slytherin like her parents, Regulus Black II and Elizabeth Lestrange, and was made Head Girl on the spot. After being sorted into Slytherin, Cassie shared a dormitory with Pansy Parkinson, Daphne Greengrass, Tracey Davis, and an Unidentified blonde Slytherin girl. She soon became good friends with Gryffindor students like Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, and Hermione Granger. Also, she was good friends with fellow Slytherins Draco Malfoy, Blaise Zabini, Daphne Greengrass, and Pansy Parkinson.

She enjoyed her years as a pupil at Hogwarts and took assignments, classes, and school rules very seriously. Her favourite subjects were initially Potions and later Defence Against the Dark Arts. Unlike his father, who was a member of the Quidditch team, she did not like to play it; she was more like she watched from the platform how others played, like her friend, Hermione Granger.

Elizabeth is Cassie's mother, who birthed her but never saw her grow up because she died during childbirth; however, she saw Cassie in the afterlife when Cassie died short of but was brought back to life. 

According to Dumbledore, Lizzie was his favourite student and had the best memory, especially in History.

Regulus was Cassie's father. He attended Hogwarts in the 1970s and was sorted into Slytherin, like his girlfriend, Elizabeth Lestrange, whom he loved and was promised to marry at that time. However, he died while destroying the Slytherin locket, and Lizzie died the next year.

Tom Riddle

Tom was Cassie's secret lover during Hogwarts years. He was Cassie's imagination; however, it turned real when Voldemort disappeared suddenly.

After the vow with Harry and the disappearance of the Death Eaters, she and Tom married and led a normal life together.

Later years, they had two children: Sirius, a name after her deceased uncle, and a middle name, Regulus, after her deceased father. Also had a daughter, Merope, after Tom's deceased mother, and a middle name, Elizabeth, after her deceased mother.

The Malfoy family consists of Cassie's distant paternal cousins, who took her after Cassie's mother died during childbirth.

Narcissa and Lucius adopted Cassie and were her legal guardians until she turned 18.

Sirius Black III

Sirius was Cassie's paternal uncle. Cassie was often at his uncle's manor when the Dark Lord was in Malfoy Manor.

Cassie was an eyewitness when Sirius was killed by Bellatrix.

Walburga and Orion Black

Orion and Walburga were Cassie's grandparents. 

Walburga may have seen Cassiopeia but not Orion because he died in 1979.

Harry was Cassie's close friend during Hogwarts years. 

They became friends at some point 2nd the second year or earlier, and became close in 3rd year when she helped the Trio save Sirius Black, there she learned she had an uncle from the paternal side.

Ron is Cassie's friend during her Hogwarts years. They weren't close initially because she was a Slytherin and a Malfoy family member, and he didn't trust her very much.

Hermione is Cassie's close friend from the Hogwarts years.

She was very close to Cassie. Both were bookworms and loved books. They sometimes studied together in the library when they had homework.

Pansy Parkinson

Cassiopeia Black: "They are not enemies, Pansy."

Pansy was Cassie's roommate in Slytherin's house. They are besties; however, Pansy dislikes when she hangs around with Potter, Weasley, and Granger.

Draco Malfoy

Draco Malfoy: "Are you trying to make trouble by hanging around with Potter and his friends?"

Cassiopeia Black: "No. But you cause more trouble for us if you hang with the wrong friends!"

Draco is Cassie's paternal cousin. They were sorted into Slytherin and are very close to each other. He dislikes it when she hangs around with Trio the most during her time. Cassie was his date in the Triwizard Tournament on Christmas Day.

His parents wanted an arranged marriage between the two; however, Cassie disagrees with their decision because Cassie treats him like a brother, not a man, and she's in love with someone else (Tom Riddle).

Death Eaters

They were enemies of the whole wizarding world. Mostly, they kill Muggle families because Voldemort hates his Muggle father for leaving his mother behind when she was pregnant at that time. Cassie's family was working for Voldemort; however, Cassie hated them because they killed innocent people and families. 

But after Voldemort died and Tom's return, the Death Eaters disappeared. Tom made an Unbreakable Vow with Harry Potter to never bring back the Death Eaters and his evil reign!
